I started my Agoda career in Product, took several years to lead other areas of the business, and rejoined this team. I've always been impressed by how Product works hand-in-hand with other departments to innovate, build, test, and continuously optimize our offerings to get the best results for our users - from the thousands of employees to the millions of customers and properties who rely on the products we build. The work is intellectually challenging, impactful, and fast-moving. We take a hypothesis-driven, scientific approach to our work, and we're not afraid to course-correct when needed. I love getting to work alongside my diverse and very talented colleagues. I'm still learning every day even after 8 years here, so there is no dull day at Agoda!

Product is Agoda’s innovation engine, we take end-to-end ownership of a piece of the business - from initial research to post-launch analytics. I love that I get to accomplish all this with a high level of autonomy - something uniquely Agoda.
