Wondering how to prepare for your Agoda interview? Our interviews focus on assessing your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and cultural fit. While the hiring process varies by role and team, most Agoda positions involve multiple interview rounds.
At Agoda, our interviews are designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and approach real-world challenges.
We generally use the CAR method (Context – Action – Results) to guide competency-based questions. You may be asked to share examples from your past experiences, answer theoretical questions to explore your reasoning and technical skills, or work through case studies that mirror real Agoda business scenarios.

Remember, interviews are a two-way process. Our interviewers prefer a discussion over a traditional Q&A, so come prepared with your own questions to learn more about the role.

When it comes to presenting business cases, prioritize optimal solutions over perfect ones.
We use various assessments to evaluate a candidate’s fit for the role and alignment with Agoda’s culture. These assessments measure leadership and communication styles, analytical and qualitative skills, strategic thinking, ability to handle stress, and other key factors for managerial success.
Most candidates will go through two rounds of video interviews before progressing to the final stages.
