We quickly realized how spoiled we are here in Bangkok. The quality of life is incredible—from the easy commute and vibrant food scene to the rich culture and shopping options. The music scene is fantastic, and the apps here (e.g. Grab, Line) make life so convenient, whether it’s ordering food, taking electric tuk-tuks, or even exchanging foreign currency for your next trip.
With a 7-year-old, finding fun activities for her is super easy. There’s always something to do. Sports, entertainment, or anything in between. Outside of work, we love exploring Bangkok. Our latest discovery is Ban Kachao, which has quickly become one of our favorite spots. We also enjoy meeting new people and expanding our circle of friends.
My daughter is passionate about dancing. She’s into K-pop and spends her free time outside of school practicing or visiting arcades to dance. She’s also a huge fan of art galleries, always ready for a new one. Her favorite is MOCA, and she can never say no to a visit to an aquarium.

Moving to a different continent and working with people from diverse Asian cultures, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone has been incredibly welcoming and helpful.
