Global Mobility Administrator

Bangkok, Thailand

The individual will working closely with Global Mobility Team and Onboarding Team help on daily and monthly operational task as well as assisting on some projects. At least 1 years experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Process employment agreements and offer letters for new hires and existing employees
  • Manage and coordinate global employee mobility services, including immigration and visa services
  • Manage escalations, ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware and that matters are resolved in timely matter
  • Assist team on improving mobility processes
  • Create a warm and welcome onboarding experiences for new hires, ensure they receive a clear, sufficient and accurate information

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1 year of working experience with visas, immigration, global mobility and/or relocation services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented mindset that enable working with a multi-cultural group of professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and strong analytical thinking
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting company guidelines to make decision on appropriate solution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset that enables working with a multi-cultural group of professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in HR, Workday or HRIS systems a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required;

This is a 4 months contract position.
