Finance Back Office Support – Mandarin speaking

BOFF is dedicated to supporting the Vendor Master File of Agoda by screening, controlling, evaluating with providing support to ensure compliance with Finance and Company policy; by mitigating risk; and by promoting the financial health of Agoda.

As an Finance Back Office Support Officer you will support vendor inventory and related tasks of Finance Operations Payment Support in Back Office Team, performs all vendor registration in each of Agoda entities and ensure accurate create/update vendor, account code and bank information into Vendor database.   • Guide new requesters on how to complete a required form and supporting document prior to process vendor registration and payment
  • Ensure each supplier/vendor can maintain their bank account, account assignment information and required supporting documents in their profile accurately
  • Coordinate, support the Supervisor in all requests and ensure accuracy of relevant data has been filed and in order to recall document in place as per request
  • Resolve issues relating to vendor and reject payment
  • Evaluate new vendor creation request as basic validation rules and in order to determine follow up action
  • Assistant to Supervisor for preparing vendor reports as auditor required
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate creation and modify for new and existing vendors
  • Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks



  • Native Mandarin Speaker 
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required;
  • Finance, Banking, E-commerce or travel industry experience a plus;
  • Strong Communication Skills with fluency in English;
