Collection Admin Assistant - 9 months contract

Bangkok, Thailand

The individual will working closely with Accounting team to help on daily and monthly operational task as well as assisting on some project that related to financial operation and accounting system. Accounting / finance background is a plus but not mandatory – We are not bound by traditional approaches and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue AR invoice to collect relocation cost from hotel partner
  • Monitoring incoming fund transfer from hotel partner with reconciliation and record account code into accounting system on month end closing
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
  • Provide customer service regarding collection/ invoice issues, process customer refunds, review account adjustments, resolve discrepancies and short payments
  • Update account status records and collection efforts
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.

 

Requirements:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Experienced in Collection, OTA or similar role
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Expertise in EXCEL, WORD and databases
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Patience and ability to manage stress
  • Excellent communication skills (written and speaking)
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy
