About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior/Specialist (B2B Marketing), Regional Management Office to lead our B2B marketing initiatives across Taiwan market. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Events Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B event strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive landscape.
    • Define event themes, topics, target audience, venue selection, and budget allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., local teams, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution.
    • Measure and analyze event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI).
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility and drive partner engagement.
    • Create compelling content and manage social media channels across multiple platforms.
    • Oversee paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize social media efforts.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Track key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
    • Generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, including event management and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
