About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior/Specialist (B2B Marketing), Regional Management Office to lead our B2B marketing initiatives across Taiwan market. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Events Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B event strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive landscape.
- Define event themes, topics, target audience, venue selection, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., local teams, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution.
- Measure and analyze event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI).
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility and drive partner engagement.
- Create compelling content and manage social media channels across multiple platforms.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize social media efforts.
- Analytical Skills:
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
- Generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, including event management and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
