Our Regional Management Office team develops business and executes the strategies and exciting projects with supply management team in a fast-paced environment to ensure that accommodation partners have sustainable, long-term relationships with Agoda. 

Agoda’s (Senior) Lead – Regional Management Office (RMO), your main objective will be to understand the market and demand from accommodation partners and end customers, design the best business development strategy, and initiate localized programs on Agoda’s platform. Your goal is to exceed KPIs aligned with the company’s business goals and to encourage the supply team to use multiple Business Intelligence tools to monitor and assess the targeted KPIs to achieve their objectives.

In doing so, this individual will bring superior strategic planning skills, solid analytical skills, bold project management skills to get all stakeholders in both headquarter and regional office involved and get the project done.

The work is very dynamic, and projects are subject to frequent change, therefore suitable candidates are flexible, problem solvers, keen to improve the way we work and excited to learn new things. 


  • Deeply understand the market demand from both accommodation partners and end-customers with variety of strategic and analytical methods, with a focus on business development strategy planning and forecasting.
  • Define problems and identify insights to expand business impact, challenges through analysis, and develop innovative business development strategy and solutions to address them, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead and initiate projects with a proactive and analytical approach, using a structured framework to come true by getting wide range of stakeholders who mainly come from headquarter in Bangkok and North Asia regional involved into it.
  • Execute project management to meet the requirements of the initiative, adhere to quality criteria, and adhere to the timeline until its successful launch.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to ensure successful project delivery.  
  • Continuously track and evaluate project performance against predefined KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders across markets in Bangkok and the North Asia region.
  • Support the Strategic Account Management and Partner Executive teams in achieving business goals by setting objectives, designing KPI metrics, setting targets, and tracking performance. 


  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Korean.
  • Minimum 3 years (5 years in case of Senior Lead role) of proven experience in various areas such as market research, revenue forecasting, budget management, and product/service launch planning, or project management.
  • Possess documentation skills to support your reasoning using a structured framework.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills including observation, analysis, inference, communication, and problem solving.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, always love to explore new things.
  • Adaptable to new technologies, quick learner and energized by change. 


  • Excellent strategic planning skills
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries.
  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to create relationships with internal stakeholders across central and regional offices.
  • Highly efficient, able to multi-task and work with constant deadlines.
  • Operations and business process experience and understanding.
