Description: As a Director, you will focus on providing strategic direction and high-level support to the management team. You’ll closely collaborate with senior executives across functions such as product, supply, marketing, and finance to drive key business initiatives. Your role involves developing exceptional insights into our markets, competitors, and business trends, then helping drive the go to market delivery across North Asia.

In this Role, you will get to:

  • Cement relationships with select senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Build relationships with Country and Regional Directors, developing an in-depth knowledge of the market context in which they operate and their strategy, being seen as a go-to thought partner.
  • Understand local market behaviors and adapt global programs to drive the region
  • Identify and drive growth and market opportunities
  • Deliver commercial and operational rollout of strategy

What you will Need to Succeed:

  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a technology, ecommerce or travel-focused company.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • High-performing individual with strong financial knowledge, potential to execute business processes, and ability to evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the industry or the country/region.
  • Ability to think strategically for the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Tableau or willingness to invest time to learn.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • More than 8 years of professional experience.
  • Relevant account management, business development, or general management experience.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker, management consulting experience highly valued.
  • Experience in online/e-commerce business preferred.
