Agoda’s Legal team is well suited to take on the challenges presented, adopting a proactive mindset to tackle challenges and solve problems. We are quick on our feet, decisive, and collaborate with multiple departments. We hire out-of-the-box thinkers that are well grounded with ethics and legal knowledge to ensure that Agoda achieves the right results, the right way.
Seeking able, confident, curious and self-motivated lawyer to join the growing Agoda Commercial Legal team who will work closely with others stakeholders in the Booking Holdings group and particularly with colleagues at Booking.com.
In This Role, You’ll Need To
- Assist lawyers with matters relating to travel laws and regulations
- Engage in basic contract review under lawyer supervision
- Conduct legal research and information organization and/or presentation
- Participate in and support other legal work on adhoc basis
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Able to do the internship from 27th of May to 2nd August 2024 (10-week program)
- Currently a 3rd-year or below university student at a respected university
- Strong Communication Skills with fluency in English
- Good Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel are a plus
