Agoda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global B2B Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at supporting Agoda’s accommodation partners. As the Global B2B Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Agoda’s relationships with its accommodation partners, driving growth, and ensuring a competitive edge in the B2B travel industry.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with Agoda’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Supply Team Support: Collaborate closely with the supply team to understand their needs and objectives, providing marketing solutions that enhance the partnership between Agoda and its property partners.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted at property partners. These campaigns may include co-marketing efforts, promotional activities, and partnership programs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Analytics and Performance Measurement: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-backed recommendations for improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and account management, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth and enhance partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
