The Opportunity:
Salesforce Developer will get to be a part of Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships (SP) team, which drive partnership initiatives to scale and drive growth of 3 brands: Agoda, Booking.com and Rocketmiles.com. You will join an expanding team where you will design the CRM landscape for Strategic Partnership team, allowing them to serve both Agoda, Rocketmiles.com and Booking.com products to our strategic partners. The role will require you to work across multi-functional teams, including teams from Agoda’s sister company, Booking.com. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from a multi-cultural team and top talents across the world. We’re looking for future leaders who think critically, test, learn from mistakes, and adapt quickly.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this Role, You’ll Get to:
- Create a roadmap and build a holistic Salesforce CRM to support the Strategic Partnerships growth 3 brands: Agoda, Booking.com and Rocketmiles.com
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, translate the requirements into detailed technical specifications that result in effective, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
- Perform code reviews and identify opportunities to optimize technical workflow
- Design reports and dashboards that provide necessary information for business users and leaderships to make business decisions effectively are effective in giving recommendations to business users
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 5 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components
- Experience with Salesforce page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
- Knowledgeable of all levels of the SDLC and all testing phases.
- Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, etc.)
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience with data migration and system integration techniques
It’s great if you have:
- Project management experience
- Experience with operations or process optimization
- Experience with Partnerships or Travel Industry
- Team management experience
