The Key Accounts team invests in long-term relationships that spans borders and cultures and results in incredible value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers. We serve as consultants, offering strategic advice on how best to excel on Agoda’s commercial platform. We are direct contributors to what makes Agoda a market leader; we understand accommodation needs and offer innovative solutions. From Bangkok to New York and beyond, the Agoda team has footprints in over 50 locations around the world. With the help of industry-leading technology, we work and collaborate globally to bring together the best ideas from diverse perspectives. The Key Accounts team invests in long-term relationships that spans borders and cultures and results in incredible value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers.  

The Key Account Operations team manages the relationship with all Departments in Agoda to offer our Global chains support to improve their online sales through our platforms and products. This includes advising them on how to offer competitive rates, keeping their availability topped up and inviting them to join production-boosting programs. We are a team of Project Managers. The Key Accounts Operations team is ambitious, always pushing for the best results that help us and our partners succeed.  

The Opportunity: 

As Associate Operations Manager/Senior Operations Specialist Key Accounts, your will be utilizing data and in-depth market insights to identify challenges/troubleshooting and build scalable action plan to catch/resolve them. You will also be hand-on to develop and implementation solution based on your findings to help achieve the key objectives of Key Accounts Team. 

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Analyze account supply health and investigate root causes for underperformance 
  • Oversee delivery of support requests and find areas to optimize 
  • Cooperate with the Key Accounts Team on resolution and performance improvement 
  • Advise on operational impact of ongoing projects and initiatives to reach business targets; run and assess your proposed actions in collaboration with the relevant teams. 
  • Use out of the box thinking to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges. 
  • Improve team operation processes and manage supporting resources 

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 2-3 years operations or project management experience 
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Investigative skill to quickly identifying  
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence internal/external stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
