The Opportunity:

You will be part of the Workplace Experience Team, a dynamic team to dedicated to making life at Agoda outstanding. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of people focused projects. These include but are not limited to; initiatives that foster a collaborative culture in this new hybrid world, organizing events that celebrate our culture & diversity plus deliver future workplace experience needs through new and exciting innovations in employee experience. You will serve a pivotal role in enriching Agodan’s experience at work, boosting engagement and productivity.  

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Design, create and execute exceptional employee experiences. From team events for 50 people through to quarterly socials and wellbeing activities for 2,000 + you’ll be managing initiatives both within Thailand and partnering with our global office teams. 
  • Drive consensus and decision-making when trade-offs are required by bringing benchmarking, insights and their expertise to the table. 
  • Partner closely with internal partners including Internal Communications, CSR, global office leads and other key stakeholders. 
  • Develop scalable solutions to enable evolving business needs and to create workplace experiences that make Agoda employees happy, energized and inspired. 
  • Leverage project management skills to meet project deadlines, juggle multiple projects, manage escalations and ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware of any challenges that may arise
  • Leverage internal resources and third-party vendors to enhance our employee experience. 
  • Create and implement processes for tracking and measuring success, feedback and action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, prioritizing resources and partnering with Finance.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 4-5 years of experience managing events, customer/employee experience and vendor management highly desirable. 
  • Ability to closely manage budgets and timelines with accuracy and confidence. 
  • Fluent in Thai Language and strong command of the English language, both written and spoken (presentation skills is a must)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-driven and strong analytics skills. 
  • Highly proactive, highly responsible and accountable. Able to perform a variety of tasks and bring their energy and can-do attitude to the role and team. 
  • Have a strong interest in Employee Experience and Wellbeing, making a positive impact on inspiring and retaining our global workforce. 
  • Good presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written. 
  • Strong cultural and self-awareness, ability to adapt to different audiences and stakeholders to persuade, advise and support multiple projects.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm to find solutions.
