Get to Know our Team: 

Global Supply Operations, Analytics and Programs (SOAP) is a fast-growing and dynamic team within Partner Services department of Agoda. The team is responsible for developing and scaling a range of marketing solutions for accommodation partners focusing on growth, visibility, conversion, pricing recommendations and financial products, as well as advertising and display marketing solutions for businesses and travel organizations.

The team scope includes strategic planning, business development and sales operations, project management, contracting operations, risk assessment and collections operations, product development work and data analytics for Agoda’s newest product. Team members closely work with multiple internal stakeholders in product and tech, finance and legal, marketing and partner services in our HQ as well as in multiple offices around the world.

 

The Opportunity:

Assistant Manager in the Supply Performance & Growth vertical of SOAP will play an integral part in driving our CRM initiatives across the globe. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders.

In this Role you will get to

  • Day to day operations support through ticketing system and provide clear answer to colleagues within set SLAs. Be able to investigate issue and provide insight to colleagues.
  • Identify problems and opportunities, based on data and by working with others, to improve critical operational metrics, processes and propose project ideas/solutions.
  • Own end-to-end projects, or a collection of projects
  • Work closely with Product Management / Development teams to design appropriate solutions, configure systems, support testing, rollout, and analyze results
  • Be a specialist in the Agoda tools and systems  

 

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting firms, international tech companies, fast growing internet / tech startups
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in Consulting Projects and Business Planning, business, or financial analysis
  • Having Strong analytical skills for developing hypothesis and designing projects
  • Proven track record in using data analysis, data insights and experimentation to support business decisions
  • Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast
  • Problem solving skill
  • Be able to spot the bottleneck/ issue and provide possible solution
  • Be able to provide systematic approach when solving issue
  • A team player who works well with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Having experience in CRM system management is a plus
