Key Objective:

The Partner Services Operations (PS Ops) support our global team of Partner Services (PS) which manages Agoda’s relationship with the Property Partners. We are the business owners of essential systems, tools, processes leveraged by by Partner Services and continuously work on making improvements. We are responsible for rolling out large scale global projects with the goal of improving operational efficiencies. We are a team of relationship-builders and consultants. The Partner Services Operations team is ambitious, always pushing for the best results that help us and our partners succeed. 

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Project manage key initiatives in areas of operational revenue opportunities and Partner Service efficiencies 
  • Work directly and coordinate with multitude of stakeholders to deliver processes 
  • Support and optimize tools and systems for the Partner Services  
  • Become a specialist in the Agoda tools and systems, APIs, and other platforms 
  • Leverage analytical skills to develop reporting and systems for internal use 
  • Seek ways to optimize performance of team as well as internal and external customers 
  • Provide the team and the senior management with regular, constructive and relevant feedback 
  • Share and seek out best practices and knowledge 
  • Assist with developing training materials for external and internal users 
  • Coordinate with central management on planning and objectives 

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree 
  • 3+ years operations or project management experience  
  • A systematic, data-driven problem solving mindset and analytical skills 
  • Hands-on experience on data-analytical tools (Excel), data-query tools (SQL) and BI tools  
  • Strong exposure to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies  
  • Strong inter-personal communication and comprehension skills with fluency in English 
  • Excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to act as a team leader and team player 
  • Curious, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented with “Get it done!” attitude 
  • Adaptable to new technologies and quick learner  
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Creative and Innovative 

It’s Great if You Have:

  • Advanced degree
  • Multinational commercial experience
  • E-commerce or travel industry experience
  • Proven track record in project delivery and product/system/process improvement;
