My role is to assist customers with their queries and guide them using Agoda’s self-service tools. I create a smooth, stress-free experience for each user by building trust through timely and practical support.
Working at Agoda has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the collaborative and international environment, supportive colleagues, and the emphasis on doing things the right way. A proud moment for me was witnessing our CEG Gurugram team’s impact by consistently raising the bar in customer support. This achievement reflects our commitment to excellence and the collective effort of our team.

Working at Agoda, every day brings an opportunity to pick up something new. I work closely with travelers, hotels, and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience, which means I’m exposed to new perspectives to learn from. My coworkers are incredibly supportive and happy to help answer questions or work together to solve problems.
I love our weekly tradition of hosting fun team activities on Fridays, including a foosball competition where my teammate and I triumphed with a 10-point lead. Being part of a workplace with a positive and engaging culture has made a world of difference. Finding joy and fulfillment in my daily work is a privilege, and I don’t take it for granted.

As an extrovert, I’ve always thrived on connecting with others. That’s why I love my role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Agoda, where I strive to create a positive experience for everyone I interact with. I’m a point of contact between Agoda and our customers, assisting with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, or any challenges they encounter during their travel experience.
At Agoda Gurugram, I’ve learned the importance of efficiency and aiming for first-contact resolution. This approach to immediate problem-solving has been transformative, sharpening my ability to tackle challenges under pressure and deliver exceptional service. These skills will serve me well at every step of my career, no matter what I choose to pursue.
I was initially drawn to Agoda’s global impact on the travel industry and focus on putting the customer first. Now that I’m an employee, working here has fulfilled my career aspirations.
